VeytrixAI Documentation
The official VeytrixAI documentation explains how to build voice agents, place real phone calls, run campaigns, and use the VeytrixAI API. VeytrixAI places calls to your contacts, runs a natural voice conversation with an AI agent, and returns transcripts, summaries, ratings, recordings, and exports so your team reviews outcomes instead of manually dialing. It is built for candidate screening, lead qualification, reminders, feedback calls, and high-volume outreach.
How it works
- Build an agent — a persona with a welcome message, screening prompt, voice and language.
- Point it at numbers — a single test call, or a CSV of hundreds (campaigns / batches).
- Veytrix dials — over Plivo telephony, streaming the audio through a live STT → LLM → TTS pipeline.
- Review results — every call is transcribed, summarized and scored against your rubric.
Core concepts
| Concept | What it is |
|---|---|
| Agent | The AI persona that runs the conversation (prompt, voice, LLM/STT/TTS, behavior knobs). |
| Campaign | A list of contacts dialed sequentially with a calling window and auto-retries. |
| Batch | An ad-hoc group of calls — upload, launch, watch progress. |
| Call | One phone conversation, with its transcript, summary and recording. |
| Rating | The post-call score produced from a rubric (template) you choose per agent. |
| Knowledge base | Reference text injected into an agent's prompt so it answers from your facts. |
Dashboard at a glance
The Dashboard is the operating view for the workspace. Use it to understand volume, spend, health, and current activity before opening the deeper pages.
| Dashboard section | What to watch |
|---|---|
| Monthly minutes | Used minutes, plan limit, and remaining allowance. |
| Call activity | Total calls, completion rate, average duration, and calls in the rolling 7-day window. |
| Workspace health | Minutes used, agents, team seats, and recent issues. |
| Weekly call volume | Daily call throughput and peak day. |
| Cost overview | Total spend, average cost per call, total minutes, and outcome breakdown. |
| Screening funnel | Placed, connected, completed, and rated counts. |
| Recent call log | Latest call outcomes across campaigns and tests. |
| Active campaigns | Campaigns currently running or paused. |
