Refer & Earn

Invite another company to Veytrix AI and earn wallet credit when they make their first qualifying paid top-up. The reward is credited straight to your wallet and appears in your transaction history — there is nothing to claim and no payout to request.

How it works

Every workspace has its own referral link, shown in Billing → Wallet → Refer & Earn. Share it with a company that does not yet have a Veytrix AI workspace.

Step	Who	What happens
1. Share	You	Copy your referral link and send it to another company.
2. Sign up	Them	They create their workspace using your link. The referral is recorded as pending.
3. Top up	Them	They add funds to their wallet. Their first top-up of ₹2,000 or more qualifies.
4. Earn	You	Your reward is credited to your wallet automatically and the referral becomes rewarded.

What you earn per referral

The reward is decided by the size of that first qualifying top-up — the single payment, not the running balance. A larger first top-up puts the referred workspace on a higher plan tier and pays you the matching reward.

Reward amounts are set by the platform and can change. The figures shown on your own Refer & Earn card in Billing are always the live ones — this table lists the current defaults.

Seeing your reward

A referral reward is an ordinary wallet credit. Once it lands you can see it in three places:

Referral credit spends exactly like topped-up credit — it pays for call minutes and WhatsApp messages at your normal rates. It never expires.

Rules

One reward per referred workspace. Only the first qualifying top-up pays out; later top-ups by the same workspace earn nothing further.
The workspace must be new. A company that already has a Veytrix AI workspace cannot be referred.
Top-ups below ₹2,000 do not qualify. The referral stays pending until a qualifying payment is made.
No limit on how many companies you refer. Each new workspace that qualifies pays its own reward.
Refunded payments reverse the reward. If the qualifying top-up is refunded, the referral is marked reversed.
Self-referral does not qualify. The referred workspace must be a different company.

Referral status

Status	Meaning
Pending	They signed up with your link but have not yet made a qualifying top-up.
Rewarded	They made a qualifying top-up and your wallet has been credited.
Reversed	The qualifying payment was refunded, so the reward was withdrawn.

If the programme is paused, your Refer & Earn card will say so. Your link and past earnings stay available, but new sign-ups will not generate a reward while it is paused.
