Integrations
Integrations connect Veytrix to external services so the platform can act beyond the phone call — for example, automatically placing a confirmed interview on a recruiter’s calendar. Open Integrations from the sidebar to manage them.
What’s available
Today Google Calendar is fully available. Other providers (Slack, CRM/ATS, Zapier, WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) appear as previews on the Integrations page and are on the roadmap.

Two pieces you’ll hear about
- Service account (the credential) — a Google “robot” identity (a JSON key) that has permission to write to calendars. It is NOT a person and has no calendar of its own that you use.
- Host email (per agent) — a real person or shared mailbox in your Workspace. The event is created on this person’s calendar, and they become the organizer.
Think of it as a key & door: the service account is the master key, the host email is the door (which calendar). One key opens every door in your domain — you just pick the door per agent.
