Rating Templates
Rating templates define how completed calls are evaluated. Each template has a prompt and column headers; each header becomes a column on the Ratings page.
Rating Templates
A rating template is the rubric the post-call evaluator uses. Each column header becomes one dynamic column on the Ratings page. Agents choose a template from the Analytics tab.
| Template | Use |
|---|---|
| Screening | Self-intro + communication + per-skill scores (1–5). |
| Lead qualification | Interested, lead quality, budget, timeline. |
| Sales | Interest, conversion likelihood, sentiment, next step. |
| Appointment | Outcome, will-attend. |
| Feedback | Sentiment, satisfaction, issue resolved. |

- Click New Template.

Overall FitUse a rating template in an agent
- Open the agent in Agent Setup.
- Go to Analytics.
- Select the template under Call Rating Template.
- Save the agent.
- Run a test call and open Ratings to confirm the columns and output.
Templates already used by agents may be protected from deletion. Create a new template when you need a different rubric for future calls.
